Triad Associates is a New Jersey Department of Community Affairs approved Affordable Housing Administrative Agent for local municipalities and developers in New Jersey. As Administrative Agents, our responsibility is to ensure that the affordable housing units under our jurisdiction are administered properly, effectively, and in accordance with all applicable regulations.
Triad Associates affirmatively markets the affordable units, certifies eligible households, provides the applicable deed restrictions for the affordable units, and ensures compliance with all governmental housing guidelines. All available units under our jurisdiction are listed on this website. Click on the municipality you are interested in to find information on the affordable units and application instructions for the specific units.
In addition to our Affordable Housing Services, Triad Associates also implements a variety of Housing Rehabilitation Programs throughout the state. Funds for these programs include implementation of CDBG Small Cities Grant Awards, RCA funding, Revolving Loan Fund implementation, etc.
With programs ranging from New Jersey's northernmost counties, to programs we are working with in Cape May County, Triad Associates offers a full suite of Housing Programs designed to reach the members of the community that need them the most.
