Pre-applications are now being accepted to be added to the waiting list to rent affordable rental units in at Pearl Apartments in Moorestown. In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.

1, 2 and 3 bedroom units at the very-low, low, and moderate-income level are part of this program.

Preliminary applications will be accepted until May 17, 2026 to be included in the lottery randomization which will take place on May 18, 2026 at 1pm.
