Pre-applications are currently being accepted to be added to the waiting list to rent affordable units at Surrey Place Apartments.  In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.

Rental Criteria For Surrey Place Apartments:

  • Credit Score MUST be 610 or above 

  • Security deposit 1  1/2 months' rent

  • No evictions or filings

​

2 bedroom only - low, and moderate income units are part of this program.  When you are next on the waiting list, you will be contacted by a Triad Associate.​
