Southwinds at Gloucester

Pre-applications are currently being accepted to be added to the waiting list to rent affordable units in Southwinds at Gloucester Apartments.  In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.

Rental Criteria For Southwinds at Gloucester:

• Credit Score MUST be 600 or above 

• No evictions or filings

1, 2 and 3 bedroom very low, low, and moderate income units are part of this program.  When you are next on the waiting list, you will be contacted by a Triad Associate.​
