Pre-Applications are being accepted for four (4) affordable rental apartments to be located at Carnevale Plaza, 255 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ.   Rental housing is available to low and moderate (2 & 3 bedrooms) income households.

Rental amounts for the two and three bedroom units will range from $500 to $1,200 per month.  Utilities are not included and are the responsibility of the tenant.

In order to be eligible, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Interested households will be required to submit a pre-application and will be required to submit gross income documentation, pass a background and credit check (680 credit score required) in order to qualify.
