Triad Associates has been designated by the Township of Monroe to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist tenants through the application process. Units will be deed restricted to ensure continued affordability. Applicants will be required to pass the landlord’s credit screening to qualify for these properties. When you are next in the applicant pool and a unit is available you will be contacted to begin the process.
In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines outlined in the chart below.
