Affordable Housing
Preliminary applications are currently being accepted to be added to the waiting list for affordable units in the Borough of Fair Haven. In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines. See below for income guidelines.
Interested households will be required to submit a preliminary application in order to be included in the applicant pool. Units will range in bedroom size and income requirements. Prices for the units will vary.
Triad Associates has been designated to act as the program Administrative Agent for affordable housing units, to qualify and assist applicants through the application process. When you are the next eligible applicant, and a unit is available you will be contacted by a Triad associate.
