Triad Associates has been designated by the Fox & Foxx Crossings, located in the Township of Piscataway, to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist tenants through the application process. 

 

WAITLIST OPEN

 for 1-2 Bedroom Affordable Rental Units

1st Unit – 2 Bedroom Low Income unit - $1,235

2nd Unit – 1 Bedroom Low Income unit - $1,044

3rd Unit – 1 Bedroom Moderate Income unit - $1,275

Each unit includes trash and sewer.  All adults in the household must pass a credit/criminal/eviction check and have a credit score of 600 or above.  There will be an $30 application fee for each adult in household charged by the landlord for certified applicants.

 

Interested households are required to submit a Pre-Application in order to place your name on a waiting list. Pre-Application will be accepted until Monday, July 12, 2021 at 12pm to be included in the lottery drawing that will take place on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 1 pm.  Applications submitted after this date will be added to the bottom of the list once the lottery is held.

 

Triad Associates has been designated by the Fox & Foxx Crossings to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist households through the application process. When you are next on the list and a unit is available you will be contacted to gauge interest in units. 

 

Residents of or persons employed in Hunterdon, Middlesex and Somerset Counties will be given preference in the housing lottery, per Regional Preference requirements in the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.
