Interested households must submit a free preliminary application by February 9, 2026 at 12pm to be included in the lottery randomization that will take place on February 10, 2026 at 1pm. Preliminary Applications submitted after this date will be added to the applicant pool in the order they are received.
Triad Associates has been designated by the Borough of Collingswood to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist tenants through the application process for their Affordable Housing Units.

The Bellmere Residences at 30 Fern Avenue will have a total of four Affordable Housing Units, with the first units projected to be available by February 2026. The unit mix consists of the following:

(1) Very-Low Income Level 2-Bedroom Unit

(1) Low-Income Level 1-Bedroom Unit

​Unit rental rates range from $573-$1,386 per month.

Security Deposit: 1 x Monthly Rent

Pet Rules: Pet security deposit is $250 and an additional $35/month of monthly rent (small dogs only and breed restrictions)
