Autumn Park Apartments

Pre-applications are now being accepted to be added to the waiting list to rent affordable rental units in at Autumn Park Apartments in Medford Township.  In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.

Rental Criteria For Pearl Apartments:

• Credit Score MUST be 620 or above 

• No evictions or filings

1, 2 and 3 bedroom units at the very-low, low, and moderate-income level are part of this program.
