Pre-applications are currently being accepted to be added to the waiting list to rent affordable units in the Township of Haddon Heights.  In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.  See below for income guidelines.

 

The first two of four units is expected to be ready for occupancy in April 2021.  Interested households will be required to submit a pre-application in order to place your name on a waiting list. The first units will be a moderate, units, subsequent units will be for low income families. Rents for the units will vary.

1917 W. High Street, Haddon Heights:

2 Bedroom Moderate Income unit will rent for $1,167

3 Bedroom Moderate Income unit will rent for $1,336

These units include water, trash and sewer.

 

Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 12 noon to be included in the lottery drawing that will take place on at 1 pm.  Applications submitted after this date will be added to the bottom of the list once the lottery is held.

Triad Associates has been designated by the Township of Haddon Heights to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist low and moderate households through the application process. When you are next on the list and a unit is available you will be contacted to gauge interest in the unit.
