Pre-Applications are being accepted for a two bedroom affordable rental apartment located on Burlington Avenue in Delanco, NJ. The rental housing is available to Moderate income households. The Apartments are located at the intersection of Burlington Avenue and Hinkle Way in Delanco, NJ.

In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Interested households will be required to submit a pre-application. Applicants selected through the waiting list will be required to submit income documentation, and pass a background/credit check in order to qualify. Applications from residents or workers of Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties will be given preference.
